Cooking Caramels with Tiffany 1


I made caramels for the second time. They turned out better than the first time because the heat was too hot and they ended up like peanut brittle. The second time they stayed soft for a few days and then they started crumbling and falling apart. I am in search for a new recipe because this one, though it had less ingredients than the other recipes I looked at, has had some problems.
